Advocacy and defence

The office as a representative of its customers shall represent them in front of all
courts, committees, etc. in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including representing
customers in the following:
1- Following up the issues presented from or against the office customers in
front of the legal courts or board of grievance in all parts of the kingdom
of Saudi Arabia; this is in addition to preparing the response to
complaints or rejection of complaints.
2- Labourers issues settlements, following up their dues and end of services
award.
3- Costumes committees complaints in all costumes ports of Saudi Arabia.
4- Commercial fraud issues and combat the commercial fraud.
5- The criminal lawsuits, felonies, crimes, etc.)
6- Personal status issues, real estate issues, heritage division, endowment
management, etc.
7- Representing our customers in front of arbitrators regarding all arbitration
lawsuits.
