Mr. Homoud Ali Al-Khaldi

graduate of Islamic Law, Islamic Law College, Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud
Islamic University 1418 H. He is member of Arab Lawyers’ Union. Since
graduation in 1418, he worked as a lawyer after training in the one of the
best advocates offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He became legal
consultant and head of Homoud Al- Khaldi office for Advocates and
Legal Consultants since establishment in 2002 G.

Mr. Saeed Badr Khalifa

graduate law college Ain Shams University in 1985 G.
He has experience more than 25 years in
law, especially in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before joining our office,
he worked as legal consultant in a group of companies in the kingdom.
He supervised a group of very important companies in the kingdom of
Saudi Arabia including establishment of a great stock company in
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Ahmed Suliman Al-suwaylimi

graduate of Islamic Law, Islamic
Law College, Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University 1430 H.,
researcher and holding PhD. Degree in Fiqih.

Mr. Hassan Abdulrahim

Legal Consultant, graduate of law college, Cairo
University in 1966 G. He has experience more than 30 years in Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Mostafa Badr Khalifa

graduate of commercial technical institute
(accounting) in 1997 G. He obtained equation of college of commerce,
accounting department, Cairo University. He works as managing director
at Homoud Al-Khaldi office for Advocates and Legal Consultant.

advocate, graduate of princess Noura Bent Abdulrahman University in 1434 H.

Mr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed

Mr. Abdullah Bin Mohammed Bin Audah Alhmari, advocate, graduate of
King Saudi University in 1435 H.
